A taproom brewery tucked into Market Square, and the patio is the whole pitch: cobblestones, afternoon sun, and a room loud enough to feel alive but not so loud you give up on the conversation. The beer list never holds still, there's almost always a hazy worth crossing town for, and they've added food so you don't have to leave when you get hungry. It feels built for the people who live three blocks away, not the cruise crowd.
The move
Order the hazy IPA the regulars won't shut up about (the Superflux collabs are the cult ones), or grab a flight if you can't choose. The stout sneaks up on you: creamy, light, quietly roasty.
Go when
After work, while the sun's still on the square. Skip a rainy Saturday night unless you're happy standing.
