Sapphire has spent over twenty years building treatments around Ayurveda, the old Indian system that sorts you into a dosha and adjusts the oils, heat, and pressure to match. It is run by people who clearly mean it: warm, unhurried, a little reverent. This is for the local who wants the actual nervous-system reset, not a scented hour and a cucumber.
The move
Book the abhyanga, the warm-oil massage the regulars come back for, or go all the way in with Shirodhara, where warm oil is poured in a slow stream across your forehead until your brain finally goes quiet. Ask them to read your dosha first.
Go when
A grey, rattled weekday when you need the deep version, not the quick one. They open at 10 and run later, until 7, Wednesday through Saturday. Skip the rushed lunch-hour booking; this is not a treatment to clock-watch through.
