Bliss Spa & Wellness
A Cadboro Bay spa and wellness clinic with long local roots.
A seaside spa where the front door locks at five, so knock.
A boutique spa in Cadboro Bay Village, behind Olive Olio's, run by esthetician Nicole Philibert for more than 25 years, which is why half of Gordon Head seems to book the same person every time. The rooms are private, candlelit, scent-forward, and quiet enough that you actually drop your shoulders. It is part neighbourhood facial-and-massage ritual, part wellness practice: registered massage therapists and a registered acupuncturist on the roster, plus a naturopathic doctor in the mix. Built for regulars, not destination spa-goers, and it shows in the care.
The move
Book a facial with Nicole herself if she has space, the one regulars guard like a secret, and ask about the O2toDerm oxygen facial while you are at it. If you want the medical-aesthetic side, ask the front desk about Dr. Syd Green, the naturopath Bliss clients rave about for Botox and PRP microneedling, and where she is taking those bookings.
Go when
Weekday mornings, or those late Monday-through-Thursday slots that run to 8pm, when it is calmest. The front door physically locks at 5, so if you booked an evening, just knock. Sunday hours are short, treatments wrap by 4:30.
