About the role

Oak Bay Realty is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to run the day-to-day of our listings and brand — social, email, listing photography coordination, and the occasional open-house sign run. You’ll be the connective tissue between our agents and the people who follow us.

We work hybrid: roughly three days from the Oak Bay Avenue office and two from home, with flexibility around showings. You’ll own our content calendar and report directly to the principal broker.

If you know your way around Canva, a CRM, and a tight neighbourhood market, we’d love to meet you.
