Line Cook

The kitchen at James Bay Inn is looking for a part-time Line Cook for evening service. You’ll run a station on a busy but well-organized line, plating a menu that leans seasonal and local without trying too hard.

Evenings and some weekends, with a schedule we set a couple of weeks ahead. A year on a professional line is ideal, but we’ll train someone with the right pace and attitude.

Tips are pooled and shared, and staff meals are part of the deal.
